About the role:

Join the Experience Design team of Versuni, which interfaces with global stakeholders from different departments while driving user experience innovation. Together with a creative force of about 50 professionals, we create the future identity for the Versuni portfolio and execute this through projects, guidelines, and final design specifications.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and delivery-focused project manager to join us.

The impact you’ll make:

As Project Manager, you manage and coordinate the execution of the category program activities to realize the respective commitments and objectives of projects on-time and on-budget. You work closely with the design business partner, designers, PMO-Operations team and stakeholders outside the design team to scope, plan and manage the development of new propositions and solutions.

• Project manage the Category Program: clarify and align budget, goals, and planning.
• Organize resources and specify quality standards in processes.
• Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements and supporting the preparation of the annual operational planning (AOP/Budget).
• Assess program performance continuously: plan and keep track of expenditures, analyze program variances, and propose corrective actions.
• Secure transparency and predictability on the progress and outcome of the program.
• Work in a structured and methodical way, utilizing standard processes and toolset.
• Contribute to the project management community’s performance and capability building.
• Respond quickly to issues that may arise and proactively solve problems.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

• Profound expertise in project management processes and knowledge areas, with the ability to flexibly adjust and apply hybrid ways of working to achieve desired project outcomes.
• Relevant experience in managing complex programs.
• Affinity with design.
• Ability to cultivate and grow meaningful relationships with stakeholders, encourage engagement, and align expectations; comfortable working in a corporate environment.
• Resourceful, positive, and a problem solver who embraces any given challenge.
• Practical, to-the-point, can-do mentality.
• Positive and role-modeling attitude, bringing enthusiasm to all tasks.
• Comfortable managing budgets and optimizing return on investment, as well as working with internal and external parties to develop budgets, scope work, and plan effectively.
