Join our team as a Senior Reward Analyst in the Netherlands

We’re looking for a Senior Reward Analyst to join us in the Netherlands.

The Senior Reward Analyst will provide support to the Global Compensation team on key Reward and People projects, including but not limited to Annual Salary Review, Annual Bonus Processes, Benefits review and renewal processes, and projects such as Global Grading and performance management.

What will you be doing?

• Provide professional advice on compensation and benefits policies at both individual and policy level
• Act as point of contact for day-to-day Compensation and Benefits related queries from People Business Partners and People Services team
• Research best practices, document, develop and improve robust Reward processes and practices
• Gather and analyse data from across the businesses to provide accurate insights
• Contribute to the development, improvement and implementation of policies and processes in areas such as incentive programmes, benchmarking and global grading
• Accountable for project roll-outs
• Support the Global Compensation Team on the annual Bonus review
• Support the Global Compensation Team in preparing presentations and collating information for Leadership sign-off
• Coordinate and create salary survey submissions and analyse results
• Support execution of ad-hoc benchmarking and job evaluation requests
• Provide deep and meaningful analysis of the compensation market including trends
• Support the annual benefits renewal processes
• Research and analyse benefit practices to inform recommendations and improvements
• Support the delivery of Reward projects such as Global Job Grading, Performance & Recognition, M&A due diligence, reorganisations, gender pay reporting, and compliance with EU Pay Transparency requirements
• Assist with project coordination, data analysis, documentation and stakeholder communications

We tend to look for people with:

• Proven experience in a similar Compensation & Benefits role in a complex environment
• Strong experience of working on projects within the Compensation arena
• A flexible approach with a sense of urgency
• A good understanding of statistical analysis techniques
• Highly numerate and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• IT literate with advanced Excel skills
• Up-to-date knowledge of new labour and social legislations which affect employees’ benefits
• Strong relationship and communication skills with experience of senior management interaction
• Customer focused and good commercial awareness
• Creative thinking
• Excellent attention to detail with ability to step back and see the big picture
• Strong business acumen
• Ability to simplify complex financial and accounting concepts
