Teamlead Network Planning

Your daily actions

In this role, you lead and develop the Network Planning team, consisting of four specialists. Together, you forecast the flow of goods across our distribution centers (DCs) on a short and medium term, which is the foundation for strong operational performance. You make sure that plans are aligned with stakeholders across the organization, and tackle capacity challenges in our network head-on. With your clear direction and coaching, you inspire your team to grow while continuously improving our planning processes. This position will also be expected to drive continuous process improvements for DC and Inventory Management related topics as well as participating in projects.

• Lead, inspire, and coach your team of Network Planners
• Deliver rolling forecasts (inbound, outbound, occupancy) for all DCs
• Identify short- and mid-term capacity constraints and drive solutions with stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain Planning, Inbound, Outbound, Controlling, and our (currently) 18 DCs
• Contribute to supply chain improvement projects as a business owner or subject matter expert
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

Your team

You will be part of the Supply Chain Planning department and report to the Manager Network Planning. Collaboration is at the core: you’ll work with many stakeholders to make sure our logistics network supports the needs of our fast-growing retail operation.

With excellent communication skills, you connect easily across functions and cultures, and you thrive in a dynamic, international environment.

• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, IT, or a related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, preferably in retail
• Strong leadership and people management skills; you empower and develop your team
• Excellent Excel skills; experience with SAP or Business Objects is a plus
• A structured, data-driven mindset with a commercial edge
• Fluency in English; Dutch is an advantage
• Flexibility and willingness to travel when needed
