Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and experienced consultant Enterprise Resilience to join our new team. As an advisor, you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on automated solutions for the risks of digitalization of assets, security, third party risk, and compliance strategies to ensure their IT/OT landscape is resilient and aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in one of the Enterprise Resilience topics or IT Audit/IT Risk Management or IT/OT Security
• Strong knowledge of IT Risk Management and Security principles and best practices
• Proficiency in IT auditing tools and methodologies
• Experience in conducting internal or external IT/security audits to assess compliance with regulatory standards and industry frameworks
• In-depth understanding of IT compliance requirements and regulations

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance, automation possibilities, and advisory services to clients for Enterprise Resilience
• Conduct IT risk assessments, scope critical digital assets, and develop risk mitigation strategies and automation solutions tailored to the client's needs
• Conduct Third Party risk assessments in the digital landscape of our clients
• Utilize auditing and AI tools and techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls and processes
• Perform IT assessments to assess compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed advice and automated solutions in a sustainable way

The Ideal Candidate:

• Enthusiasm to help build the Enterprise Resilience team
• Master’s degree in Security, Information Technology, Criminology, or Business Administration
• Relevant Risk, Compliance, or Security certificates
• Dutch speaking (minimum B1 level)
• Proven track record in Resilience, Governance, Risk & Compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
• Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated on industry trends and developments
