Due to the replacement of a colleague, in the Customer Journey Payments & Savings we are currently looking for a

Senior Productmanager Payments & Savings (32 - 40 hours)

How will you make a difference?

You will contribute to our “change finance, finance change” ambition by:

  • working with Commercial and Business Analysis to digitise and optimise our customer journeys and improve our servicing in the digital channels
  • working with Commercial on propositions for a new generation of private and business customers in our digital channels so that we can continue to make an impact in the future

In addition, you will ensure that we are demonstrably in control of our most important product and process risks by taking an active role in the design of risk management measures and control testing, and you will also ensure good contract management of our suppliers in all countries.

In the international team, you will be responsible for a product (group) or journey, ensuring consistent and up-to-date products, processes and customer experience across countries.

You will also be involved in

  • making proposals for process and product improvements to IT, and implementing these in your role as Business Change Owner with the help of your national and international colleagues
  • collaborating with colleagues from Commercial and the countries, and Legal, Compliance and IT teams to coordinate dependencies so that you arrive at a good, jointly supported prioritisation of improvements

Profiel

What you bring to the table

  • You forge strong liaisons and know how to get people enthusiastic and on board for the change
  • You think and act from the customer's perspective, with a keen eye for the customer needs
  • You are a process thinker through and through and know how to analyse complex issues and translate them into concrete solutions
  • You enjoy juggling multiple tasks at once, thinking in terms of solutions and implementing them
  • You demonstrate ownership and decisiveness in achieving results
  • You have excellent communication skills, you get energy from working in a dynamic environment and you are able to fulfil various roles. You are a real jack-of-all-trades

You also have:

  • A strong affinity with IT, apps and digital customer environments
  • Proven experience in improving and digitising (customer) processes (e.g. in a role as product manager or project manager)
  • Certifications in Agile/Scrum and/or LEAN are an advantage
  • Fluency in English and Dutch

Your future colleagues

You will be part of the international Customer Journey Payments & Savings team at Triodos Bank Group. You will report to the Customer Journey Lead Payments & Savings. The team consists of 11 product managers who work together from different countries.
