Consumer Beauty Global Commercial Finance Senior Analyst (m/w/d)

Join Our Consumer Beauty Finance Team as a Senior Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to join our Consumer Beauty Finance team. This is a co-pilot role that will partner closely with local FP&A teams to provide strategic financial insights, support business decision-making, and help drive growth and profitability across the Consumer Beauty portfolio. You will lead all end-to-end planning, reporting, and analysis activities, delivering a high standard of reporting and analytical support to the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Financial reporting and analysis: Lead in preparation and analysis of reporting and analysis, covering full divisional P&L, from Gross Sales to Operating Income. Ensure timely, quality, complete, and consistent global reporting consolidation.
• Budgeting and forecasting: Own end-to-end planning drumbeats. Lead meaningful financial management information and reports, including weekly sales updates, monthly outlook reviews, annual operating plan/forecast reviews, and sign-off. Provide advanced modelling and analysis of data and reports as required by key stakeholders across the business. Maintain and update routine templates, identify areas for process improvement, and streamline processes.
• Finance business partnering: Co-pilot with Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain teams on a regular basis for reporting and analysis matters, including the Sales & Operating Planning cycle. Responsible for month-end close with the rest of the central Finance team. Develop good rapport and working relationships with other functions and markets.
• Ad-hoc: Support the senior finance manager for monthly/quarterly management presentations, AOP, forecast, strat plan, outlook presentation, and ad-hoc presentations. Lead in ad-hoc projects as required. Take initiative to improve the status quo.

Other than that, you have:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CPA a plus).
• 3–5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably within consumer goods, retail, or beauty industries.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Hyperion, Anaplan, Power BI).
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
