As Reporting & Off-boarding Lead, you’ll make sure we detect risks early, report them correctly, and off-board users who don’t meet compliance standards. You’ll build scalable processes, drive automation, and guide your team to deliver impact every day. Your mission? Protect our users and bunq, while keeping banking effortless. 🌈

• Mentor and guide your team to deliver reporting & off-boarding excellence.
• Own regulatory alignment across financial crime reporting and off-boarding.
• Drive smarter, scalable processes through automation.

This challenge is perfect for you if

• Proven experience in AML, EDD, financial crime reporting, or off-boarding in banking/fintech.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing or mentoring teams.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to spot risks and improve processes.
• Comfortable working with data and automation tools.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

• 💶 A gross annual salary between BGN75,641 and BGN80,683 in Sofia.
• 💶 A gross annual salary between €36,638 and €39,080 in Istanbul.
• 💶 A gross annual salary between €75,000 and €80,000 in Amsterdam.
• 👩‍💻 Hybrid setup: after 3 months in-office, work 2 days remote, 3 days in-office weekly.
• 🧳 Digital Nomad program: work remotely 1 week per quarter after 1 year and 3 weeks per quarter after 2 years.
