What you’ll do

As Product Manager Finance Data Platform & Reporting, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the digital products and processes that enable Finance to operate at the next level — ensuring data integrity, reducing time to close, and creating the insights that help leadership make better, faster decisions.

• Set the vision – Define and communicate a clear product vision for our Finance data platform, systems, and processes, aligned with Eneco’s strategy and Finance’s ambitions.
• Shape the roadmap – Translate business challenges into a roadmap that delivers trusted data, efficient close processes, and actionable insights.
• Lead delivery – Work with engineering, data, and Finance teams to implement scalable solutions that optimize financial processes and reporting.
• Drive adoption – Ensure new solutions are embraced by Finance and business stakeholders, creating measurable impact.
• Continuously improve – Use data and user feedback to identify bottlenecks, test improvements, and scale what works.

You are a skilled and ambitious product manager with a strategic mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding user experiences. You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and are adept at balancing multiple responsibilities. You exhibit strong leadership skills and have a hands-on approach to product management tasks.

You’ll be responsible for

• Finance product/process excellence – Enhancing Finance’s ability to deliver trusted financial data, faster closing, and actionable insights. Uplifting our process & tech setup to achieve best in class maturity.
• Delivery excellence – Overseeing Finance data product architecture and ensuring solutions scale with Eneco’s growth.
• Diagnosis & innovation – Identifying opportunities to digitize and simplify Finance processes.
• Roadmap & OKRs – Aligning Finance transformation initiatives with Eneco’s strategic goals.

You’ll join Eneco’s dynamic digital organization, based in Rotterdam, where collaboration and innovation drive the energy transition. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team in an environment that values your ideas and expertise and makes a direct impact on Eneco’s mission to become carbon neutral. You’ll be part of Eneco’s growing Tech & Digital organization, working cross-functionally with Finance, Data, and IT teams to design scalable solutions that power Eneco’s transformation.

What we have to offer

Gross annual salary between €88.000 and €125.000
