Your job

In this role within the Current Credit Origination team, you are key in setting up and maintaining new processes and systems to support Credit Portfolio Management. You not only identify the needs of the business but also translate them into successful (IT) solutions. You enable new IT services where we monitor and support transactions to share risks of granted loans with external investors, such as Synthetic Risk Transfer (SRT) or Originate to Distribute (OtD). A new set-up is needed for the data chain, analysis & reporting, and the operational handling of each portfolio transaction.

You will be part of Current Credit Origination, an integral part of the Credit & Collateral Lifecycle Grid within Financing Solutions. Our mission is to ensure our credit systems and processes work well and are optimized where necessary. We prepare the systems and processes for the new credit and system landscape, so we continue to comply with laws and regulations and meet customer expectations. We do this by developing new software and processes, connecting with new software, and phasing out old software and processes. This is a challenging environment that requires an entrepreneurial spirit and a learning mindset.

Your profile

As a Business Developer, you easily make connections and describe your analyses in accessible language. You recognize the needs and questions of our business – you know what we need. Once you have identified those needs, you work solution-oriented: with an innovative and fresh perspective, you devise how our new credit platform should take shape. For this role, you are the bridge between Credit Portfolio Management and the IT department. You enjoy sharing your experience and knowledge with your colleagues.

• You have over 2-3 years of experience in business development / business analysis, with a focus on the banking and credit sector.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and like to explore new paths.
• You are a good communicator and a listener to your stakeholders and colleagues.
• You identify solution options and present advice to stakeholders in a convincing and structured manner.
• You take ownership and responsibility for changes until business value is achieved.
• You encourage collaboration by sharing knowledge and experience and pursuing common goals.
• You are proficient in both Dutch and English.
• Knowledge of credit portfolio management and systems is a plus.

• The gross monthly salary (min. Eur 4.634 – max. Eur. 6.620) is based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget. A 40-hour work week is also possible. Salary determination and salary level is based on the knowledge, experience and potential you bring.
• The Benefit Budget is 11% of your salary. The Benefit Budget allows you to acquire additional employment benefits. If you make no purchases or reservations in the Benefit Shop in a given month, you are paid one twelfth of your Benefit Budget that month.
• Five weeks of vacation per year. You have the option to purchase an additional four weeks per year.
• Personal development Budget of € 1,000 per year, which you can accumulate up to € 3,000.
• Possibility to work from home (in consultation with your team).
• An annual public transport pass with free public transportation throughout the Netherlands.
• An excellent pension scheme.
