Senior Producer

This role is part of our Creative & Media team based in Amsterdam. Our team is a vibrant mix of talents, ranging from Creatives, Influencer Marketers, Brand & Content Strategists to Account Managers, Programmatic and Marketing Automation Consultants. Together, we blend imaginative storytelling and performance-driven strategies with cutting-edge technology to create engaging digital experiences that build lasting relationships with our clients like Netflix, Canva, Foot Locker, Philips & Biscoff.

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a Senior Producer to join our team. In this role, you are the driving force behind the execution of integrated campaigns. You act as the key link between the client and the creative team, ensuring ideas are brought to life smoothly, effectively, and on budget. As a Senior Producer, you are highly organized, solution-oriented, and resourceful. You know how to translate creative concepts into clear production plans, anticipate challenges, and find the smartest way forward. With your strong communication and negotiation skills, you make sure projects run efficiently, clients feel supported, and teams can deliver their best work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the production process for campaigns from briefing to delivery.
• Effortlessly take an active role in maintaining relationships with clients and the creative department
• Translate creative concepts into actionable production plans.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources with precision
• Anticipate challenges and provide practical, creative solutions.
• Connect different disciplines in your thinking and make decisions based on this;
• Kick-start things through touching people in conversations and presentations.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Several years of proven experience as a Producer in a creative or digital agency environment (and/or production company)
• You are able to find a good balance between creativity, business and client's interests
• You are an organizer, coordinator and team player in your soul
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Work independently and like to provide input on concepts and approaches to projects during internal brainstorming sessions
• Know a lot about producing for various social media channels and have an extensive network of production houses to young filmmakers
• Speak Dutch and English language fluently (spoken and written)
