Your role as Strategy & Digital Transformation Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager - Strategy & Digital Transformation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in delivering large-scale transformation projects, building strong client relationships, and driving business growth. As a Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring successful delivery, expanding our client base, and shaping the future of our business.
Key responsibilities:
- Engagement delivery: Lead and manage consulting projects from initiation to completion, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.
- Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding business challenges, providing strategic insights, and delivering value-driven solutions.
- Research & analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis to develop business cases, assess digital capabilities, and identify growth opportunities.
- Digital transformation: Develop and implement digital transformation strategies to help clients leverage technology for business improvement.
- Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams, fostering growth, collaboration, and a positive work environment.
- Business development: Support business development by identifying potential clients and contributing to proposal development.
- Market insights: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics to bring cutting-edge insights to clients and the practice.
Job requirements
- 6-8 years in top-tier consulting or a related field, with expertise in digital transformation.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale engagements and deliver high-impact outcomes.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and their applications in business settings.
- Demonstrated experience in building trust, managing senior stakeholders, and expanding client accounts.
- Strong track record in driving sales and achieving revenue targets.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide teams.
- Affinity for innovating and adaptability in evolving business contexts.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (C1 minimum) and Dutch.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
