Travix is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team and support our FP&A Team with the aim of becoming an integral part of the month-end close process that provides the platform to build planning and analytical skills on the job. As an FP&A Intern, you'll have the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders within finance and across other departments at all levels of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively involved in the monthly closing and reporting process, collaborating with GL Accounting and the Controlling team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Weekly and monthly reviews of performance and brand marketing investments, including validation to invoices received to maintain appropriate investment controls.
• Supporting in building the monthly Forecasts by aligning with key stakeholders
• Perform monthly analysis and follow-ups on actual results.
• Making variance analysis in Opex and Capex Actuals. Assisting Corporate FP&A and stakeholders in managing the budget and/or forecast.
• (Co-)own the company-wide invoice approval matrix maintenance. This includes updating the matrix with approver changes and support in influencing timely approvals.
• Assist the team with ad-hoc projects, reports, data analysis, and presentations.
• Main project: Customer Service Efficiency. This will involve conducting research and leveraging parent company peers and insights to determine the relevant benchmark for Travix together with proposals on viable actions to improve.

• Strong analytical problem-solving skills

• Ability to work with different cultures and across different levels of people
• An interest in the travel and tourism industry would be advantageous.
