Affiliate Marketing - Working Student

ESN – one of the leading fitness & sports nutrition brands – is looking for a Dutch speaking Affiliate Marketing Working Student. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in performance and partner marketing while contributing to the growth of a dynamic, international team.

Your Responsibilities

• Strategy Development: Create and implement strategies to attract and retain affiliates, grow the program, and increase overall sales and brand awareness.
• Affiliate Recruitment & Management: Identify, recruit, and onboard high-quality affiliate partners who align with the company's target audience and brand values.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, providing support, training, and resources to help them effectively promote products and services.
• Campaign & Content Creation: Develop and distribute creative content, promotional materials, and compelling campaigns for use by affiliates.
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversions, ROI, and traffic, analyze data to identify trends and opportunities, and optimize campaigns for maximum effectiveness in tools such as AWIN or TradeDoubler
• Contract & Financial Management: Negotiate commission structures and partnership agreements with affiliates, ensuring both parties' benefit.
• Budget & Compliance: Manage the affiliate marketing budget and ensure that the program adheres to all relevant industry regulations and ethical standards.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights on program performance as well as competitors to senior management.

Your Profile

• Currently enrolled in a university program (field of study does not matter)
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
• Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented way of working
• Interest in digital marketing and confidence in working with data & digital tools
• Previous experience in affiliate marketing is an advantage, but not required
