About this role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Workplace (Facilities) team as the Global Workplace Project Manager. In this role, you will play a critical role in driving and overseeing non-Real Estate related projects on a global scale, to identify and deliver key workplace deliverables supporting JETs workplace journey towards a globally value added function. You will be responsible for creating a robust project framework, establishing processes, and taking ownership to ensure the successful execution of projects. This position requires expertise in project management, stakeholder management, resource allocation, prioritisation, compliance and financial control.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

• Project management & Execution - Oversee end-to-end delivery of projects across all Workplace pillars through developing clear & comprehensive mechanisms to manage workplace projects from initiation to closure, including project roles & responsibilities, standardised processes, and guidance for global, local and Business As Usual projects
• Communication and Cross-collaboration - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at global and local levels to manage & ensure stakeholder expectations are aligned with the overall Workplace & business strategies.
• Data analytics - Create and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor effectiveness of workplace performance in alignment with business strategy
• Budget and risk management - Ensure projects comply with relevant regulations and internal policies ensuring proper assessment of risks & mitigations.
• Documentation and Reporting - Develop clear & engaging project documentation for internal & external audiences, and deliver regular management updates on project progress.
• Workplace communication and organisation - Overall arrangement of Workplace internal/external communication, leadership meetings, offsites and All Hands

What will you bring to the table?

• Proven experience as a Workplace Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of project and change management methodologies and best practices.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Good financial acumen and experience managing project budgets.
• Excellent reporting capabilities and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Commitment to delivering high-quality projects, on time and within budget
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English as a minimum
