Corporate Recruiter – vanuit huis en 1 van onze kantoren 32 - 36 uur

Wat ga je doen?

Als Corporate Recruiter houd jij je binnen een team van 24 Talent Acquisition Specialists in EMEA bezig met de uitdaging toptalent te herkennen en aan te trekken. Je weet als geen ander hoe hen te benaderen en te inspireren en neemt je sollicitanten mee in de beste Candidate Journey die zij ooit beleefd hebben. Je recruit vacatures voor Nederland, met de optie om dit op den duur uit te breiden naar andere landen in EMEA, als dat je leuk lijkt.

Waar houd je je mee bezig?

• Recruitmentplannen bedenken en uitrollen voor een divers én high-potential kandidaten bestand voor jouw vacatures
• Managen van recruitmentprocessen voor uiteenlopende vacatures (Sales, Consultancy, Tech, Marketing…)
• Relaties bouwen en onderhouden met jouw hiring managers
• Ten slotte is er eindeloos veel ruimte voor jouw initiatieven en ideeën, bijvoorbeeld als brand ambassador op socials of door mee te denken over hoe wij onze processen of de candidate experience kunnen verbeteren!

Wat neem jij mee?

• Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring als recruiter of als intercedent
• Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels (Spreek jij ook nog een andere Europese taal? Dat is een pluspunt!)
• Pré: ervaring in een grote, internationale organisatie

• Een werkweek van 32-36 uur en flexibele werktijden (Yes! Een fijne work-life balance)
• De mogelijkheid om vanuit huis te werken of op één van de kantoren in Nederland (Alphen aan den Rijn, Hoevelaken, Deventer of Venlo) of België (Mechelen, Hasselt, Gent) waar we twee keer per week samenkomen – voor samenwerking, inspiratie en gezelligheid.
• Kennissessies en uiteenlopende trainingen, op basis van jouw ambities
• Mooi salaris plus 12% Persoonlijk keuze budget én een winstedelingsregeling (gemiddeld 9-10% van het jaarsalaris)
• Niet geheel onbelangrijk: veel gezelligheid met je collega’s, sportevenementen, zomer- en kerst feestjes en andere uitjes!
