In this role, you will coordinate complex shipments, ensure data accuracy, produce documentation, manage local services, handle administration, resolve complaints, and report incidents. How you create impact

• Make all suitable and relevant arrangements for shipment handling independently via air, sea, barge, charters, etc., ensuring key performance indicators are met.
• Ensure an accurate level of data quality and keep all systems up to date promptly.
• Produce accurate and timely documentation (including but not limited to import/export declarations and customs clearance).
• Prepare spot quotations, provide data for tender documents, and actively participate in commercial support.
• Complete all tasks and administration related to local services such as trucking, warehousing, hub operations, and cargo surveys where applicable.
• Handle all required file administration including documentation, billing, vendor invoices/e-bills acknowledgment, and weekly forwarding sub-ledger (FSL).
• Take appropriate corrective action and/or notify relevant persons to prevent recurrence of customer complaints.
• Report incidents and hazards as per relevant working instructions.

What we would like you to bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage various shipment types.
• Experience with Oil & Gas container base is an advantage.
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Communicative in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
