We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive DX Logistics & Returns Officer to manage the end-to-end processing and delivery of spare parts orders for channel partners, with a strong focus on operations in complex and embargoed countries.
In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that distributors receive the correct spare parts on time to support maintenance and repair activities at customer sites. You will independently manage all spare parts orders, track escalations, ensure timely follow-up, and provide clear, professional communication to both internal stakeholders and channel partners.
This position also provides backup support to the Returns department and serves as the first point of contact for escalation support for logistics teams in Poland, Panama, and Turkey.
You will be part of the Direct Export Service Operations team, supporting the operational needs of diverse go-to-market models across regions including META, CEE, IIG ISC, RCA, Nordics, and LATAM.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
