HR Assistant

Are you passionate about people and ready to make a real impact in a fast-paced, international environment? At Hunkemöller, we’re looking for a motivated and service-minded HR Assistant to join our vibrant team at our Headquarters in Hilversum and Almere.

YOUR TASKS

This is your chance to be part of a dynamic HR team, working closely with our Junior HR Advisor and two HR Advisors. You’ll play a key role in supporting our HQ employees, interns, and their managers across all areas of HR administration. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, we’d love to welcome you on our journey!

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Be the go-to person for HR-related questions from employees, interns, and managers.
• Prepare employment contracts and HR letters (e.g. promotions, transfers).
• Keep our HR system (Workday) accurate and up-to-date, enhancing the employee experience.
• Support absence management and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain complete and compliant personnel files.
• Work on a wide range of HR projects and daily operations and collaborating with other HQ teams as Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development.
• Continuously look for ways to improve processes and share best practices.

Our ideal candidate:

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in HR or Administration.
• Previous HR experience is a plus, but not required - we value potential and attitude!
• You’re organized, detail-focused, and thrive in a structured environment.
• You can manage deadlines, adapt quickly, and work independently.
• You’re fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• You’re confident with Excel and comfortable working with data.
• Experience with HR systems (especially Workday) is a bonus.
• You’re a team player who wants to help build a fun, inclusive, and engaging workplace.
