Postdoc Appreciation Week at Donders Institute

From 15–19 September 2025, the first nationwide Postdoc Appreciation Week (PAW) will take place across several universities in the Netherlands. To mark this occasion, we are launching the very first Donders Institute PAW, with a series of activities specifically for postdocs. Throughout the week, we will offer opportunities to connect, reflect, and celebrate the contributions of postdoctoral researchers within the Donders Institute.

From sessions on well-being and career paths, workshops on research impact and science communication, to networking drinks, the week will be all about supporting your growth and building connections. We look forward to celebrating our postdocs together!

• Thursday Sep 18 | 11:00 - 13:00 | Workshop: A scientist’s path to a non-academic job (organised by Radboudumc and including lunch)
• Thursday Sep 18 | 14:00 - 15:30 | Workshop: Balance your energy (open to all Nijmegen Postdocs)
• Thursday Sep 18 | 16:00 - 17:30 | Postdoc Ponders: speed dating + networking drinks
• Friday Sep 19 | 17:00 - 18:30 | Closing event: Postdocs off duty (organised by Radboudumc)
