Senior Branch Manager - Amsterdam West

In order to better support our customers and make every journey a unique experience, we are looking for the future Manager of our Amsterdam West Branch.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You will do everything necessary to provide an exceptional experience to both our national and international customers: daily management of the branch and fleet, ensuring compliance with processes and quality standards, monitoring customer satisfaction indicators, and implementing improvement actions
• You will contribute to the commercial development and success of the branch: increasing revenue and profit margins, conducting competitive analysis, setting pricing strategies, local sales actions, and developing and retaining both B2B and B2C clients
• You will manage a sales team of 6 people: recruitment, training, development, planning, managing disciplinary issues, driving sales performance (briefings, weekly/monthly meetings, coaching...), and creating a stimulating work environment that fosters team spirit

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Management and Leadership You have previous experience managing a profit center and leading a team, preferably in sales or tourism. You are known for your leadership, your ability to communicate effectively, and your passion for teamwork

• Performance Culture You have an entrepreneurial mindset, are results-oriented, and do whatever it takes to achieve the set goals. You place great importance on customer satisfaction by offering premium service and providing an exceptional experience to every client

• Organisation and Adaptability You have high standards and are able to adapt in an ever-changing environment while maintaining a positive attitude

• Driving License You hold a valid driving license, you will be required to move vehicles for the operational needs of your branch

• Languages You are fluent in both written and spoken Dutch and English to serve our national and international clients
