Are you a strategic stakeholder manager with excellent communication skills and a change management mindset? Do you understand that learning is a crucial component for ASML's growth? Then the role of Learning Business Partner (LBP) might be perfect for you!
Introduction to the job
As a Learning Business Partner, you will work closely with the business, the College Lead, and the HR Business Partner to identify and prioritize learning and knowledge management needs. You will translate these needs into strategic recommendations and solutions. You will collaborate with learning architects and solution designers to develop and implement these solutions. Your challenge will be to create value for the business while managing the workload that enters the R&D Academy teams.
Effective Learning & Knowledge Management (L&KM) is foundational to execute ASML’s strategy and growth ambitions. Shortening ‘time to knowledge and competence’ is a key priority. Early 2022 eight Academies were introduced, one of which is the R&D Academy. The R&D academy drives the L&KM roadmap for D&E (Development & Engineering), Technologies, and Business Lines.
