Your role

As AI Automation Specialist, you’re working on building HelloPrint’s AI First 2.0 strategy. You work directly with our CTO and our automation team on efficiency and growth projects that directly contribute to the business.

• Find and execute high-impact AI automation opportunities across all teams – Talent & Culture, Product Onboarding, E-commerce, Customer Service, Artwork Check, Finance, Data, Supply Chain, and more.
• Develop powerful AI agents that streamline operations, boost efficiency, and help our people focus on what matters most.
• Challenge the status quo – move fast, be critical, and push for disruptive innovation.
• Stand your ground – we’re looking for people who are super independent, demanding, and delivering constantly.

Who You Are:

• Super hands-on – You know how to build, test, and iterate fast.
• AI/Tech-savvy – You have experience with AI automation, prompt engineering, no-code/low-code tools, or software development.
• Obsessed with efficiency – You can spot inefficiencies and automate them away.
• Radically independent – You don’t wait for instructions; you own your impact from Day 1.
