Main Purpose
More than just ice cream, Magnum embodies a global cultural phenomenon of pleasure and indulgence. This role will lead all global brand partnerships, activations, and cultural moments, driving Magnum’s desirability and talkability to unprecedented heights. A truly entrepreneurial and creative leader, you will craft and activate campaigns that resonate deeply across cultures, working with internal teams, strategic partners, and influential tastemakers to keep Magnum at the forefront of cultural relevance, pleasure, and luxury.
You will oversee groundbreaking collaborations, global activations, and innovative product experiences. Your role involves shaping and executing a modern, social-first, culture-driving brand strategy—delivering impactful, buzzworthy initiatives that cut through global noise, right from festival partnerships to celebrity collaborations and major cultural events like Cannes Film Festival.
What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be?
Global Brand Partnership & Activation Strategy
Define and lead a forward-thinking approach to global partnerships that elevate Magnum’s cultural influence and consumer engagement. Develop frameworks for collaborations with luxury, fashion, entertainment, influencers, and creators, aligned with brand pacing and culture trends.
Cultural & Trend Engagement
Identify and leverage cultural moments, pop trends, and audience passions to position Magnum as a fearless, aspirational icon. Lead projects that integrate Magnum into contemporary culture, from high-profile campaigns to influencer activations and key events such as music festivals and Cannes Film Festival.
High-Profile Collaborations & Campaigns
Scope, develop, and manage prestigious brand partnerships (luxury, entertainment, celebrity, music festivals, Cannes Film Festival) that build excitement and shareability. Oversee end-to-end campaign execution, working with creative, PR, social, and external partners to bring compelling narratives to life globally.
Global PR & Social Activation Leadership
Design and execute PR strategies and social-first campaigns around major moments, ensuring consistent brand voice that sparks conversations worldwide. Oversee the development of engaging content, influencer programs, and earned media initiatives that increase shareability and brand talkability.
Event & Festival Strategy
Develop and activate a global festival and event strategy that positions Magnum as a cultural innovator. Lead the relationship with agencies and oversee partnerships at major music festivals, Cannes Film Festival, and other premier cultural events. Craft immersive brand experiences, exploring how festivals and Cannes can elevate short-term and long-term brand equity.
Experience & Product Innovation
Create memorable product activations and experiences to showcase Magnum’s indulgence and creativity—driving consumer engagement at global events, including festivals and film festivals.
Future Media & Partnership Development
Lead transformative projects focused on brave new media models, shifting from paid reach to earned attention. Design long-term partnership frameworks (e.g., licensing, product placements, sponsorships) aligned with the brand’s innovation roadmap and cultural relevance. Act as primary point of contact for agency and partner collaborations.
Cross-Cultural & Regional Collaboration
Partner closely with regional marketing teams and internal stakeholders to execute global strategies in localized contexts, ensuring consistency but also relevance. Share learnings and best practices to maximize worldwide impact.

A cultural and music festival enthusiast with a pulse on pop culture, trends, and worldwide entertainment events.
Proven expertise in leading high-impact global brand activations, partnerships, and campaigns across multiple cultural platforms and events, including festivals and Cannes.
Extensive experience in social media content strategy, influencer marketing, and experiential activations, with a passion for storytelling that resonates across diverse audiences.
Skilled at forging relationships with influencers, creators, and cultural tastemakers.
Exceptional project management, leading agile, fast-paced teams and cross-functional collaborations.
Data-driven and insights obsession—understanding what moves audiences and how to quantify impact.
A strategic thinker with a knack for ideation, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit that seeks innovative growth opportunities.
Resilient, influential, and highly effective at managing complex relationships with agencies, partners, and internal teams.
