About this role

Ready to level up your content game? The People Comms team is looking for a Content Creator Intern to join our team. We're all about crafting fire stories that not only keep our employees in the loop but also make our employer brand look lit to potential hires.

This isn't your average internship. You'll be at the heart of our content machine, transforming basic requests into scroll-stopping stories. You'll link up with different teams to bring their ideas to life and make sure our content strategy is on point.

You'll be a total boss, running the show from start to finish. You'll get your hands dirty creating videos and Reels for our social channels, while also flexing your creative muscle with our AI tools and collaborating with our design team. Plus, you'll be the go-to expert, teaching others how to create their own killer User Generated Content (UGC).

These are some of the key components to the position:

  • You'll own your content from start to finish. Colleagues send us their story request. You’ll talk to them, figure out exactly what they need to say, and then come up with a plan to make it amazing. You'll either create the content yourself or manage the whole creation process to make sure it's fire. Think of yourself as the director who turns a simple script into a blockbuster story.
  • Create and manage content: You’ll be creating your own videos and Reels for our social channels, but you'll also be overseeing content creation with our AI tools and design team.
  • Become a UGC guru: You'll be the go-to person, teaching and empowering people across the company to create their own fire videos and user-generated content.
  • The content you create will have a massive reach, getting seen by 10,000 employees and a community of 500,000+ followers across all our social platforms. Your work won't just be seen; it'll make a real impact.
  • The more you flex your skills and prove you're a content boss, the more responsibility you'll get, with an opportunity to take part/coordinate parts of our global campaigns.

What will you bring to the team?

  • A Content Creator with a portfolio that slaps. Show us what you got! We're looking for someone who lives and breathes content creation. Drop links to your best work. Especially videos and reels! But if you've got amazing graphic design, copywriting, or anything else, we wanna see it.
  • The perfect mix of creative and analytical. You'll be working with our AI tools, so you need to be able to take a basic request and turn it into a killer prompt. You'll also need to know how to review the AI's work, edit it, and make it sound like us.
  • A storytelling wiz. We're not about boring, basic content. You need to be able to think outside the box and suggest new ways to tell a story, such as turning a written brief into a testimonial video or an animated text reel. You'll also need to be able to clearly communicate your vision to our design team and your colleagues.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We move quick, so you need to be comfortable with change and able to keep up.
  • A natural collaborator. This role is all about working with people. You'll be connecting with a ton of different teams and personalities, so you need to be someone who can make things happen.
