Your mission

As a jr. Retail Specialist, you will collaborate with and support the Retail Manager to manage and improve the retail outlet business.

Your Key activities and responsibilities

  1. Retail Manager support
  • Reporting
  • Analyze results KPI’s
  • Analyze center traffic
  • Create presentations (powerpoints)
  • Support on optimal store staff planning
  • Support on outlet openings / refits
  1. Financial operations
  • PO management / workflow
  • Suppliers coordination
  • Follow up accounting rent, service, marketing, energy, etc.
  1. Retail Operations
  • Promo planning, marketing calendar (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
  • Price management (new items)
  • Price and promotion set-up in MARS
  • In-store merchandising plan, in-store visuals, POS materials
  • 360° communication on key business moments (Valentine, Sun Care, Mother’s Day, Black Friday, Christmas, SALE, etc)
  • Facility and EHS point of contact
  • L&P analysis and follow-up
  • Record store procedures / creation of store manuals
  1. Collaboration / Partnership
  • Align store marketing calendars with center calendars / events
  • Update center websites

Our ideal candidate:

  • Has a master's degree and has 1-3 years experience in operations/finance
  • Is perfectly fluent in English and Dutch or French
