You’ll own and expand Picnic's commercial planning for 2 months, adding more metrics and building a highly dynamic and insightful performance and budgeting tool for 2026. This model will help steer decisions of 100+ individuals at Picnic and create helpful insights to drive better commercial performance.You will be supported by an experienced financial lead and gain great insight into how Picnic operates financially, as well as valuable financial modelling skills.

Strategic Impact: Contribute directly to shaping Picnic’s commercial direction by helping build the 2026 commercial budget model that spans all product categories.
Ownership from Day One: Take responsibility for designing and implementing a new commercial model that will sit at the heart of Picnic’s business strategy for 2026.
High-Level Exposure: Work closely with senior stakeholders across commercial, finance, and strategy teams to ensure alignment and impact at scale.
