The Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) function is embedded within the Risk and Compliance organisation and is responsible for establishing and maintaining the company’s overall risk management and risk governance framework. The team is responsible for ensuring that risk management activities are being conducted in a manner compliant with regulatory requirements and expectations. The team aggregates and reports on key risk management and oversight activities to the Senior Management and Risk Committees.

ERM department is responsible for formalizing the Risk taxonomy, Risk identification, Emerging Risk scanner, Risk Materiality assessment. The outcome of which is consumed for Risk Management Framework and strategic processes like Risk Appetite, SREP, ICAAP/ILAAP, Stress Test and Regulatory Disclosures.

The Junior reporting analyst will be in charge to :

• Collect the needs related to automatized reporting from the risk domain owners
• Review and challenge the business requirements before developing the reporting
• Develop and automatize risk reporting in PowerBi
• Maintain and enhance existing reporting

We are looking from a candidate that has successfully achieved his studies with a Master degree in Risk/Finance domain with knowledge in IT tools and languages (PowerBi, VBA ...). English is mandatory both written and verbally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Finance/Risk Management with IT skills.
