Global HCP Performance Management Lead

As the HCP Performance Management Lead for Danone’s Specialized Nutrition business, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a best-in-class performance management framework to monitor Health Care Professional (HCP) engagement globally. This includes developing and managing a Single Source of Truth (SSOT) dashboard to deliver accurate, consistent, and actionable insights. You will enable the deployment of granular, compliant local dashboards in partnership with Country Business Units (CBUs), supporting data-driven decision-making and continuous performance improvement.

This role plays a critical part in leveraging data and insights to drive the implementation of Danone’s Category Demand Generation model, enhance field force effectiveness, and accelerate the digital transformation of HCP engagement.

As part of this role,

1. you’ll lead the development and implementation of a global framework to monitor HCP (Healthcare Professional) engagement performance, ensuring alignment with Specialized Nutrition’s strategic priorities. This includes defining standardized KPIs and integrating data sources into Danone’s cloud infrastructure in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
2. You’ll also be responsible for building and maintaining a centralized SSOT dashboard that tracks global HCP engagement metrics. Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems is key, as is working closely with CBUs and regional teams to maintain governance and alignment.
3. Locally, you’ll drive the deployment and adoption of tailored dashboards within CBUs, supporting teams with training and documentation, and helping translate insights into actionable strategies.
4. Regular performance reviews will be conducted to uncover trends and opportunities, with strategic recommendations provided to stakeholders at all levels. Additionally, you’ll support Danone’s omnichannel transformation by collaborating with digital and analytics teams to design scalable engagement use cases.
5. Finally, you’ll guide sales performance reporting for the Healthcare and Channels team, contributing to the SN Factbook and delivering insights focused on critical areas.

Job Dimensions:

• Scope: Global responsibility for HCP engagement performance management and data & analytics transformation within Specialized Nutrition.
• Collaboration: Extensive cross-functional (MCE, IT, Digital, Finance, Strategy & Insights) and cross-regional (CBUs, regional hubs) collaboration is essential.
• Tools & Systems: Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint; working knowledge of data cloud platforms and CRM tools.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred in Business, Analytics, Health Sciences, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in performance management, commercial excellence, or data analytics roles, ideally in healthcare, nutrition, or FMCG.
• Good analytical understanding of sales data – financials, market share, distribution, TDP, price index, etc.
• Proven experience designing and deploying performance frameworks and dashboards in a global environment.
• Strong analytical skills and fluency in using Excel and Power Point. Good understanding of Power BI. Basic understanding of cloud ecosystem (Microsoft Azure).
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, multicultural, cross-functional environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence across all levels of the organization.
