TBWA\Neboko is looking for a social-native, culturally obsessed creative who doesn’t just scroll, they spot culture shifts, ride them, remix them, and drop work that sticks in people's heads and feeds. You’ll concept, create, disrupt, and occasionally piss off someone’s algorithm in the process.

We’re not here for the templated. We’re here to shake timelines, bring the noise, and show up where social media users shift to. IG, Snapchat, TikTok, YouTube, Discord, communities, the group chat, maybe even real life (OMG!!).

If you live at the crossroads of culture and creativity and know how to turn insights into work that hits, this is your call-up.

What You'll Be Doing

Think from culture, not just briefs. You’ll pull creative firepower from what's happening right now, whether it's a meme format, a micro-trend, or a niche subculture.

Make it scroll-stopping. We’re not just “on social”, we create for social. That means ideas that show up everywhere, demand attention, spark conversation, or make someone DM a friend with “you’ve gotta see this.”

Disrupt. Reframe. Repeat. We follow TBWA’s Disruption® methodology.

Be unexpected. Be specific. Be bold enough to make something different. And be ‘Brand’ enough to show up as a brand, not as a fake friend.

From idea to asset. Sometimes you’ll concept for big brand campaigns, sometimes you’ll shoot it on your phone by Thursday.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience within the creative field with real social work
  • A portfolio that shows social-first thinking and cultural curation
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Deep cultural curiosity: you read beyond your algorithm
  • You get motivated by deadlines, not scared
  • Able to present and sell your ideas, and then bring them to life – Think in filming with a mobile phone and making mock-ups
  • Bonus if you can design, and animate
