Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Innovation: Lead several projects from concept ideation to market launch, ensuring we meet all timelines, budgets, and objectives with precision and flair.
  • Product Development: Develop exciting product propositions featuring innovative formulations, sustainable packaging designs, and striking artwork.
  • Market Insights: Harness the power of trend analysis and market research to spot growth opportunities and set competitive benchmarks.
  • Customer Advocate: Channel consumer insights into actionable strategies that resonate with our audience's needs.
  • Collaborative Success: Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sourcing, quality, and regulatory, as well as external partners like product and packaging developers, to ensure successful product launches.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A dynamic, strategic thinker with excellent operational execution in product development.
  • At least 6 years of experience in product management or innovation, ideally within the retail or FMCG sectors.
  • Proven expertise in sustainable design practices and packaging innovation.
  • Strong analytical skills to turn data into powerful market strategies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills to balance complex timelines and diverse stakeholder needs.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management and communication across teams.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • On-site engagement is important for building relationships and effective collaboration.
