You will edit and manage content in our Content Management System, ensuring Exact Assistant has all it needs to provide our customers with qualitative answers. As a junior writer and content manager, you will:

• Manage requests for content updates or additions.
• Ensure quality of the language of the content provided.
• Collect and organize information.
• Follow guidelines for Content Management System (“CMS”) entries.
• Add content to our CMS.
• Check availability of the content.
• Write short pieces of content.

Your role is to ensure Exact Assistant has all the content needed to provide customers with solid answers, and to maintain that content. You will correct, delete, or add content as needed. In addition to managing content inflow, you will have the opportunity to create content such as emails, short documents, and apply improvements to existing content. The Product Learning & Enablement team is a close-knit group consisting of product owners, technical writers, translators, instructional designers, learning specialists, and leads. We are passionate about creating high-quality content for our customers to make their lives easier. Over the past ten years, we have developed a lot of content and learned what works well and what doesn't. We continuously investigate whether the way we transfer product knowledge still answers the information needs of our customers. We are known for our customer focus, creative ideas, and smooth collaboration. Asking for help when necessary and offering help when possible is in our DNA. We work with SCRUM to plan and prioritize our work. Our source language is English, and our translators translate our content into Dutch, Flemish, French, and German for specific products.
