For the period of September to December, Loyens & Loeff is looking for an Events Intern to join our team. Our Events Team consists of five professionals responsible for the planning and coordination of high-level business events – whether in-person, hybrid, or virtual.

As an intern, you’ll support the team in its mission to create unique marketing experiences that leave a lasting impression, and learn how we use our events as a marketing tool to bring our brand to life through well-planned client-centric events. You will provide essential support with coordination, administration and execution of tasks before, during, and after events. You’ll help ensure that Loyens & Loeff’s events reflect the high hospitality standards and brand image we represent.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, empathetic colleague with a can-do approach and strong attention to detail. If you know your way around event planning and have a proactive, service-oriented mindset, we are happy to hear from you!

As an Events Intern, your key responsibilities will include:

  • assistance with event planning, coordination and execution of in-person, hybrid and virtual business events;
  • managing event logistics, coordinate suppliers, AV, event materials and other arrangements;
  • using our CRM tool for sending event invitations, RSVP tracking and management and attendee lists management;
  • on-site and virtual event support, ensuring everything runs according to plan;
  • post-event communications, event administration and follow up.

This role is perfect for you if you:

  • have a relevant (nearly completed) degree at HBO or university level in a relevant field;
  • have excellent command of both Dutch and English (spoken and written) – our working languages;
  • have results-oriented mindset – you are organized, proactive, resilient, and capable of working in a demanding environment;
  • you are tech-savvy and quick learner of digital tools and marketing platforms;
  • have confidence, focus, enthusiasm, and perseverance.
