About this role:

This Senior HR Business Partner is part of the global functional HRBP team and reports to the Director HRBP - Group functions overseeing Corporate, Commercial & CS functions. In this role you closely collaborate with the business leadership team of Sales, Legal & Strategy functions, and jointly set the HR & functional strategy, across multiple countries. You will manage and collaborate with an international team of global and local HRBPs and CoE specialists in order to develop and support the growth of the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner who has demonstrated experience in supporting a global function within a fast growing company. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating HR practices, driving change, shaping and implementing the people plan in line with the functional business agenda.

These are some of the key components to the position:

  • Partner with the Function Leadership to deliver on the functional people plans
  • Translate and implement the global HR agenda for your respective functions, and translate business needs to concrete initiatives and projects in alignment with other HR pillars
  • Partner with the People Experience, Workforce Insights & Shaping teams to leverage existing global frameworks and policies for strengthening capabilities specific to the business/function/geography
  • Act as a change agent, supporting management teams solve organization, people & change-related matters
  • Drive strategic talent management and coach senior leaders
  • Guide the development of a forward-looking and performance driven workforce and cultivate an agile organisational design
  • Leverage people data to provide insights and trends to inform decision making and support improvement to the HR service and procedures
  • Ensuring duty of care as a responsible employer across all policies and procedures and proactively work to minimise people risk

What will you bring to the team?

The HR Business Partner has thorough knowledge of the latest developments within the field of HR. A modern HR professional with a track record of working in a high volume, technology driven and innovative business environment. Somebody who is empathic and connects easily with other people. Somebody who is decisive and is able to deal with a diverse population. Moreover, you have the following qualifications:

  • Relevant progressive working experience from operational to strategic HR consulting, business partnering and/or management roles, from local to regional/global scope, over a span of several years
  • Proven track record working in an international & fast-paced environment
  • Strategic partnering experience, coaching sr leaders as well as talent management, organisation development expertise
  • Possess knowledge and ability to ensure all actions are in compliance with appropriate employment laws, company policies and sound business practice.
  • Strong, impactful leadership and influencing skills.
  • Fluency in written and verbal English.
  • Academic Degree preferably in business administration, economics or law with a specialisation in HRM or additional equivalent work Experience
