As a Sales Support Officer, you are the vital link between our customers and internal departments. You have a keen interest in both technology and commerce and know how to combine these two worlds seamlessly.

What will you do?

You’ll work closely with experienced sales colleagues to supply our anchors and chains to (new) customers around the world. You’ll have plenty of room to develop your commercial skills and try out your own ideas.

Your daily tasks include:

• Communicating with customers by phone and email, providing technical advice.
• Preparing and following up on quotations.
• Exploring new sales channels, such as social media.
• Conducting market research (e.g., identifying new customer segments and their activities).
• Processing incoming orders and coordinating deliveries.
• Contributing to product development by gathering and analyzing customer feedback.

• You’re enthusiastic about sales and naturally interested in customer relationships.
• You’re comfortable communicating with customers in English.
• You enjoy working in a team and understand that success is achieved together.
• You’re hands-on and not afraid of a challenge.
• Technical knowledge is a plus, but not a must – if you’re eager to learn, you’re the perfect candidate!
• You already live in the area of Rotterdam.
