What a day in the life of the Infrastructure O+O team looks like:

In this role, you will lead complex infrastructure projects supporting Digital or Retail domain, supporting transformation initiatives and the seamless integration of new brands into our ecosystem. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Your mission will be articulated around the following:

  • Project Leadership: Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of infrastructure projects (network, servers, cloud, security, etc.) with the help of the technical teams that support the Business Platform O+O, with a focus on retail operations and omnichannel integration.
  • Transformation Initiatives: Lead and coordinate major transformation programs, including the modernization of existing retail infrastructure and the rollout of new technologies.
  • Brand Integration: Manage the technical onboarding and integration of newly acquired brands, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with group standards.
  • Stakeholder Management: Be one of main points of contact for business, IT, and external partners. Facilitate communication, manage expectations, and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Governance: Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, risk registers, and status reports. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Change Management: Support change management activities, including training, documentation, and user adoption, to maximize business value from new solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize infrastructure processes and contribute to best practices within the Business Platform O+O.

  • Coordinate and onboard O+O infrastructure assets according to L’Oréal Infrastructure Operating Model
