We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic EU Co-Manufacturing Finance Manager to lead forecasting, margin analysis, and business case development in a fast-paced, multinational environment. Your key missions will notably include:

• Co-Manufacturing
• Lead the annual forecast process for standard pricing across the EU region.
• Oversee Margin Variance Analysis (MVA), working closely with Cycles & Procurement teams, local finance teams, and stakeholders for MVA reporting, including analysis of market trends and productivity metrics.
• Provide financial partnership, guidance and support to the EU C&P and Operations teams.
• Participate in category team meetings, presenting financial insights and actionable recommendations.
• Support the development of business cases for supplier selection, supplier changes, and insourcing/outsourcing of manufacturing operations, while assisting in evaluating make-or-buy decisions and providing financial insights for related business case assessments.
• Ensure consistency and alignment of financial reporting.
• Support month close activities on Material variance analysis.

About you

To be successful in this role, you have at least 8 years relevant Finance experience in a complex, multinational context (factory/operations controlling is a plus) and Academic degree and working level with a track record of performance.

You have excellent analytical skills, rigorous, accurate and strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially to non-finance, building effective relationships from shopfloor to CODI based on trust, integrity and positive energy.

Strong communication and technical skills are required to connect to other finance teams and manage financial topics within the organization.
