WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

  • Generate meaningful data insights on a monthly basis on Organization & Full Time Employees, Talent (attrition analytics), ED&I metrics, People Costs
  • Coordinate the workforce planning process
  • Supports any ad hoc employee reporting as needed
  • Monitors the correctness of the Workday employee data and leads the corrective actions
  • Lead the employee surveys (pulse, annual, wellbeing), extracting valuable insights to drive employee engagement and satisfaction initiatives
  • Support the learning and development and capabilities initiatives
  • Implement key interventions in line with the People strategy and agenda for a business area (e.g. capability, culture)
  • Support the talent agenda (e.g. forums)
  • Lead key cyclical people processes (e.g. EOY)
  • Manage the change and transformation agenda

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Have a business mindset, pragmatic and the ability to prioritize and focus on what counts
  • Care Deeply about our business and people, go the extra mile
  • Staying 3 steps ahead, think big, simplify and deliver
  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of workforce planning and employee data management.
  • Proficiency in using Workday and other HRIS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various departments
