What will you do?
As a data analyst within the Marketing team of Reclamefolder.nl, you play a crucial role in the further development of the platform. You extract insights from all available data about the use of both the website and the mobile apps. With this, you lay the foundation for all decisions made in the organization. Your analyses have a major impact on the course of Reclamefolder.nl! You will work closely with both the IT team and the Sales team. In short, you are our data samurai! Your responsibilities also include:

• Mapping the behavior of users on our platform.
• Advising on the course of the organization based on analyses.
• Supporting the establishment of KPIs for marketing campaigns.
• Guiding/supporting A/B tests organization-wide.
• Proactively seeking optimization opportunities that deliver the most value for our platform and its users.

Who are you?
You have demonstrable statistical and business insight and strong communication skills. You are able to convey complex data in a simple way to all stakeholders in the organization. You also have the technical skills needed to dig deeper, while keeping an eye on the bigger picture. Furthermore, you possess:

• At least 3 years of work experience in a comparable digital role.
• Demonstrable work experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Data Studio (Looker), Big Query (experience with SQL is a must), Snowplow (plus).
• The ability to maintain an overview of your work and projects.
• The ambition to have a direct impact on the course of Reclamefolder.nl.
• Analytical skills (of course) and problem-solving thinking.
