If these values resonate with you, we’d love to explore how you can join us on this exciting journey!

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordination Intern to join our team and support key initiatives that enhance the seller experience on our platform. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to operational excellence through project coordination, platform support, and content operations. You’ll work cross-functionally with Sales, Category Management, and Product teams to help drive improvements across the seller journey.

This is a unique opportunity to gain meaningful experience at the intersection of commercial operations, project enablement, and internal communications within one of Europe’s fastest-growing e-commerce marketplaces.

  • Support project managers in aligning on timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Help coordinate tooling enhancements and process rollouts in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Manage processes and content within platforms such as HubSpot, our internal CMS, and the Auctioneer Tool.
  • Maintain and improve internal documentation that supports seller-facing teams across Catawiki.
  • Help organise training materials and internal communication to drive adoption of new processes.

Who you are

  • A proactive and organised student currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Digital Commerce, Communication, or a related field, at a Dutch University.
  • Excited to learn how scaled marketplaces operate behind the scenes and keen to improve workflows.
  • A confident communicator (verbal and written in English) who enjoys coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Tech-savvy and eager to work with tools like HubSpot, Google Workspace, CMS platforms, and internal dashboards.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with a natural inclination to spot inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
  • Interested in a future career in category management, growth operations, or project coordination.
  • Available for a 6-month internship (from September 2025 to February 2026).

Where you’ll be

This role is based in our Amsterdam office, the Netherlands.

Enjoy an extra day off each year to "Pursue Your Passion". We also recognise significant work anniversaries (3, 5, 8, 10 years) with additional time off, plus extra leave for life’s big moments like marriage, engagements, or moving house.

Please note that benefits can vary by location. For specific information regarding what’s available in your country, please consult your recruiter.

Our Offices and Way of Working

Our vibrant offices in Amsterdam, Paris and Lisbon are designed to inspire and connect. Most Catawikians are within commuting distance of one of our offices and enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work model. This means that you will be in the office 2 out of 5 days (40% of your working time) to collaborate and connect with your colleagues. That said, some roles may be an exception: if the job description states that the position is fully remote or 100% office-based, that arrangement will apply instead.

If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with every qualification in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
