What You’ll Be Doing

• Begin with a thorough onboarding and training program to build deep product knowledge and relationships across the business.
• Develop new business opportunities while expanding and maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
• Understand the unique needs of your customers and craft tailored sales strategies.
• Lead product demonstrations and provide hands-on training to healthcare professionals.
• Represent Stryker at key industry events, seminars, and strategic meetings to stay connected and identify opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 2 years of sales experience, ideally in capital equipment or medical devices.
• A strong commercial mindset, with a genuine desire to learn, grow, and succeed.
• Resilience and goal orientation—you’re motivated by achieving and exceeding targets.
• The ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• A collaborative approach—you enjoy working as part of a high-performing team.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• A valid driver’s license, as travel across the territory is required.
