Over de functie

Want to help shape the way our parks join and leave the Landal family? At Landal, you’ll have the unique opportunity to build a structured onboarding and offboarding experience from the ground up. You’ll be the key link between our parks and the central organization, you bring clarity and structure in a fast-paced, international environment.

You’ll be part of the IT Rollout team, led by Anna and Cor, who supports the integration of systems and operations across our growing network of parks. With new locations joining Landal, and others transitioning out, the need for a clear and consistent process is growing rapidly. This is a brand-new role, which means that you have the freedom to shape and define what onboarding and offboarding should look like across all departments and regions.

As Onboarding & Offboarding Specialist, you will be the go-to person for all processes related to bringing new parks into the Landal organization and managing exits in a structured and professional way. From the first welcome to the last handover, your job is to make every step clear, smooth, and positive for everyone involved. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing a streamlined onboarding and offboarding process from scratch;
  • Acting as the connector between our parks and internal departments such as Commerce, Operations, Product Tech, HR, and Finance;
  • Building strong relationships with park managers and stakeholders across all levels;
  • Coordinating activities, timelines, and expectations to ensure everyone is aligned;
  • Bringing a fresh, structured approach to a legacy environment with room for improvement;
  • Contributing to the mission and long-term vision for park integration across Europe;
  • Responsibility to build the strategic view regarding the department to shape future wow.

Your primary workplace is Amsterdam, but you will be on the road a lot visiting the parks to engage on site with GM’s, suppliers, or other stakeholders. For a full-time role, we expect you to be in the office at least three days per week.

Dit ben jij

You’re outgoing, structured, and eager to build something new. You don’t need a technical background, what matters most is your people approach, your eye for process, and your ability to bring clarity where there is none yet. You’re comfortable navigating multiple stakeholders and take pride in creating order out of chaos. You also bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree level of thinking and working;
  • Experience in a coordinating or service-oriented role (e.g. hospitality, retail, account management);
  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build relationships;
  • A self-starting mindset and the confidence to build new structures independently;
  • Excellent communication in both English and Dutch;

  • An annual contract with a trial period of one month, whereby we would of course ultimately be happy to employ you permanently.
  • A salary between €4253,- and €6076,- gross per month on a full-time basis*.

  • Working from home allowance of €2.40 per home working day.

  • Participation in the Recreation pension fund. The standard retirement date in this scheme is 67 years. The premium for this old-age pension is 21.8% of the pension basis, with Roompot/Landal and you each paying half.

* A full-time employment contract at Landal has a 38-hour working week, which is equivalent to a 5-day working week. If you have a part-time employment contract, your salary and vacation days are calculated pro rata.
