That’s why we’re looking for a motivated, curious and ambitious Brand & Campaign Growth Specialist. Someone with a performance mindset who knows how to plan and execute creative marketing campaigns that drive real impact. Someone who is hands-on.

What you’ll do:

• Plan and execute cross-channel campaigns - from idea to launch to results;
• Build brand campaigns that actually convert (not just look pretty);
• Improve email marketing and CRM to drive retention and repeat orders;
• Strengthen our social media presence with clear objectives and execution;
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling assets;
• Support other HelloPrint teams needing marketing expertise;
• Always measure: you’ll know what works and what doesn’t.

Who you are:

• ~2–5 years of experience in a broad marketing or campaign role;
• You’re AI proficient; You use AI to create effective workflows that can rapidly scale
• You’re creative but want results: you balance brand with performance;
• You’re hands-on: copywriting, briefing design, managing socials, setting up emails, getting reports;
• You have huge urgency. You don’t overthink, you execute;
• You’re data-driven: you care about impact;
• You’re proactive: you see something that’s not working? You fix it;
• You’re collaborative: you work well across teams;
• You’re based in or around Rotterdam and want to work in-office with the team.
