As our Meeting & Events Operations Manager, you’ll bring energy, structure, and a guest-first mindset to every gathering at The Social Hub Amsterdam - from workshops and meetings, to buzzing community events.

You’ll lead a passionate team of M&E Hosts to deliver smooth, brand-aligned experiences that guests won’t forget. From AV setups to flawless service flow, you’ll make the magic happen. This is a fast-paced, people-first role with plenty of room to grow, shape your team, and bring fresh ideas to life. What You’ll Do

  • Lead, inspire, and develop the M&E Host team, promoting a proactive, guest-first mindset.
  • Oversee the smooth execution of all meetings and events, from logistics and room setups to AV coordination and service delivery.
  • Act as the go-to on-site contact for M&E guests.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Kitchen, Front Office, and Facilities to align on event execution.
  • Implement processes and checklists that guarantee consistent quality and safety.
  • Drive upsell opportunities and monitor costs.
  • Support in planning rosters, onboarding new hires, and identifying training needs to strengthen your team.
  • Champion TSH vibes by helping bring brand activations and guest engagement ideas to life.

What You’ll Have

  • 2+ years of experience in Meeting & Events operations within hospitality or hotels.
  • Proven leadership in guest-facing, high-energy environments. You love making people feel welcome!
  • Solid understanding of event service, room logistics, AV basics, and operational coordination.
  • Strong planning and communication skills.
  • A solution-driven mindset with the ability to stay cool under pressure and make quick, sound decisions.
  • Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
