Internship – Procurement ESG Change Management at HEINEKEN

Being part of the procurement governance team gave me a firsthand look at how ethical sourcing and respect for human rights and the environment are woven into every decision - showing me that even early in your career, you can contribute to something truly meaningful!

Colleague role

The internship

  • Drive Global Change: Support the deployment of a transformative global program that reinforces HEINEKEN’s commitment to responsible business practices and sustainability leadership through the adoption of a new Third-Party Risk Management Platform.

  • Lead Strategic Communications: Design and execute integrated communication strategies that foster awareness, engagement, and adoption across diverse markets and cultures.
