WHAT YOU WILL DO TO MAKE ORGANIZATIONS DATA-DRIVEN

The Analytics Engineer is the bridge between business and analytics. You understand what data can bring to the organization. With your effective communication skills, you help uncover business needs and how to support them with data, reporting, and visualization, enabling data democratization by improving the reliability and accessibility of data products. In the past our team has implemented software engineering best practices to write production-grade data pipelines, making high-quality data available for creating business value with analytics. We enjoy great success in making top organizations data-driven — just think of what more we can achieve when YOU join our team!

Within the Analytics Engineering team, we are looking for like-minded people that we would like to work with. We are not looking for a specific type of professional. The Cross-Skilling program is for candidates with data experience seeking to accelerate their technical prowess and focus on data. You will learn from seasoned colleagues and boost your career! Do you have hands-on experience with data, but want to grow into an Analytics Engineer by expanding your technical skills or expanding your knowledge? Then this program is for you!

The program commences in September 2025, starting with a month of training conducted by our colleagues, designed to level up your technical skills. Following this, you’ll immediately embark on client projects with the support of the Xebia Data team!

• ❌ You always take the academic approach to data and analytics and find it hard to be pragmatic.
• ❌ You do not enjoy communicating with stakeholders, getting to know the needs of the business, and formulating sustainable solutions.
• ❌ You do not want to become an authority. You are hesitant to take a proactive approach and bring your ideas forward.
• ❌ You dislike sharing knowledge by leading trainings, organizing workshops, or writing blog posts.
• ❌ You just graduated and don’t have any professional experience.
