Your role in our shared journey
Located at our EMEA headquarters in Hoofddorp, near Amsterdam, you'll contribute to our mission by optimising outbound delivery processes and managing last-mile delivery solutions. In this role, you'll handle transport improvement programmes across channels, standardise claims processes, and serve as the primary contact for transport-related queries, whilst supporting cross-functional projects to enhance service delivery. Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step. 

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Support company-wide cross-functional projects with the transport manager.
• Optimise outbound delivery processes utilising Lean Six Sigma methods.
• Establish standardised claims processes across all channels.
• Prepare bi-annual stakeholder reports on claims handling.
• Serve as the main point of contact for transport-related enquiries.
• Coordinate activities between logistics and DTC teams.
• Handle spot shipment requests for stores and marketing initiatives.

You have the following skills:

• Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities, with emphasis on lean methodology.
• Proficient use of SAP, Excel and business intelligence reporting tools.
• Superior organisational and project management abilities.
• Clear and effective communication skills across all organisational levels.
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain processes, particularly in claims and retail flows.
