Role: DACH Account Executive

Team: 4 Account Executives (NL and International), external marketing and SDR support, 5 Customer Success Managers

Role description:

• Selling to any tender-heavy industry, including construction, infrastructure, energy, and public transport
• Land (pilot) and expand motion
• On track for €2M ARR this year, with almost 100 customers and one customer over €100k ARR
• Mid-market deals have been €70-85k ARR, following a land and expand approach
• Deals as low as €12.5k ARR to some SME organizations

Unique about the company: Recent funding round from Shoe Investments

Growth perspective: Greenfield market with few competitors, rapidly gaining traction. You will get significant 1:1 time with the CEO, a strong leader, salesperson, and coach. The company is ramping up marketing efforts and receiving a high volume of inbound interest.

Must haves:

• 2-4 years B2B SaaS sales experience (could be 2 years BDR + 1 AE if top rated)
• Intelligence (inquisitiveness) and strong work ethic
• Strong executive presence

Nice to haves:

• Enterprise experience
• Industry experience

Salary range: €100,000 – €150,000 (50/50 split)
