ABOUT THE MEDIA & DIGITAL TEAM:
As media being a key lever in our core Demand Generation strategy, the BU EUANZ Media Team is entrusted with the comprehensive oversight of paid & owned media, encompassing all phases from strategic planning to optimization and performance reporting. They are responsible for delivering end-to-end media strategies, improving our media capabilities, integrating new technologies, while also guiding strategic implementations with local countries on media budgets, media briefs, unlocking EU scale for deals and executing with project teams. The Media and Digital team work very closely with CMI, D-Commerce, and Customer Strategy Planning on both BU as well as local level and is an integral part of the Marketing team.
JOB PURPOSE:
The purpose of the role is to drive first-class media investment and performance reporting for our Business Unit by integrating data sources on both media investments and performance, while also assisting the markets integrating and improving our AdTech tooling into reporting. Even though the scope is regional, in this role, you will be expected to work very closely with markets to assist implementing best practice tech stack and reporting as well as assisting in partner pilots that aim to improve marketing efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation, optimize customer journeys through data insights, and manage the digital marketing tech stack.

As publicly announced, Unilever will separate its Ice Cream business which is expected by the end of 2025. This role will transfer to the new Ice Cream company.
