• Performance Marketing Lead and Strategy
• Increase Awareness and Conversion Through Online Advertising

This challenge is perfect for you if

• You’re proficient in data analysis and reporting, SEA, SEO, and digital marketing.
• You're familiar with multiple platforms like AdWords, Google, YouTube, Meta, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adjust, WebTrends, etc.
• You have experience in attribution and media mix modeling.
• You're skilled in app marketing, driving installs, and value-based bidding for lifetime value.
• You possess knowledge in DSP and programmatic advertising.
• You have expertise in audience segmentation and hyper-local targeting.
• You bring proven experience in a complex multi-market business, preferably within finance or banking, or can effectively articulate the transferability and impact of skills from other sectors.
• You’ve demonstrated success in turnaround or start-up/scale-up environments.
• You've managed substantial budgets and led the development of multi-channel consumer growth strategies.
• You are excited about the opportunity to lead bunq’s performance marketing strategy and make a tangible impact on our growth.
