Principal Post Merger Integration and Strategy Execution

Exact is continuously growing! Organically and through acquisitions we are strengthening our position in the business software landscape. The PMI & Strategy Execution team is responsible for the integration of those (future) acquisitions and their long-term success within the Exact family. In addition, the PMI & Strategy Execution team drives the execution of selected company-wide strategic initiatives.

This is the job you are looking for

In this position, you are the lead person for several portfolio companies and ensure that their integration is well managed from start to finish, covering all domains from Finance and Technology to Customer Success and Sales. Next to this, you will drive selected Strategy Execution projects to further improve Exact’s scalable business model.

This role will allow you to develop knowledge across a wide array of domains within Exact and expose you to a broad range of (senior) people within the organization. If you are enthusiastic and think that this role fits you well, do not hesitate to apply.

With us, you can be yourself, and we would love to discover what sets you apart. For the position of PMI & Strategy Execution Principal, it is helpful if you have consulting experience, proven project management skills and that you can handle responsibilities. Preferably, you bring:

• A Master’s degree;
• Effective communication skills, stakeholder and relationship management;
• Experience in handling end to end project delivery with complete ownership;
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience, preferably at a (strategic) consultancy company
• The ability to identify interdependencies and see opportunities to improve;
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
